My resume disappeared

Your resumes are saved in the browser you used to make them. Make sure you are on the same device and browser, and that you did not clear your browsing data. Tip: use “Back up all documents” in My documents to keep a safe copy as a file.

How do I save my resume as a PDF?

Click Download PDF. In the print window, set Destination to “Save as PDF” and click Save. If you see a date or web address printed on the page, open “More settings” and untick “Headers and footers”.

My resume runs onto a second page

Go to the Design step and lower the text size or spacing, try the Compact template, or shorten older jobs to two bullet points. Red dashed lines in the preview show where each page ends.

Can I move my resume to another computer?

Yes. Open My documents, click “Back up all documents”, and open that file on the other computer with “Import from file”.
