Your resume stays on your device
Everything you type into the resume and cover letter builder — including your name, contact details, work history and photo — is stored only in your web browser’s local storage on your own device. It is not sent to or stored on our servers. We cannot see, read or recover your resumes.
Because of this, if you clear your browser data or switch devices, your resumes will not be there. Use the backup feature to save a copy as a file.
No account required
We do not ask you to create an account or give us your email address to use the builder.
Downloads and printing
PDFs are created by your own browser’s print function on your device. Word and text files are generated in your browser.
Payments
If you choose to make a payment, it is processed by our payment provider on their secure checkout page. We do not receive or store your full card details. The payment provider’s own privacy policy applies to the information you give them.
Advertising and analytics
We may show advertising from third-party ad networks and use basic analytics to understand how the site is used. These partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show relevant ads and measure performance. You can control cookies in your browser settings and opt out of personalized advertising through your ad network’s settings (for example, Google’s Ad Settings).
Contact form
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send (such as your name, email and message) and use it only to reply to you.
Children
EasyResumePro is intended for people old enough to apply for jobs in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
