By using EasyResumePro (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The Service
EasyResumePro provides online tools to create, design and download resumes and cover letters. Building and editing documents is free. Free PDF downloads carry a light EasyResumePro watermark. A clean PDF and Word file are available for a one-time payment, clearly shown before you pay. There is no subscription. The unlock applies to the browser and device used to pay.
2. Your content
You own everything you write. You are responsible for making sure the information in your resume and cover letter is accurate and truthful. Example text provided by our writing help may be used and edited freely in your own documents.
3. Storage and backups
Your documents are stored in your own browser. We do not keep copies and cannot restore lost documents. You are responsible for keeping backups using the backup feature.
4. Payments and refunds
Any payment is a one-time charge for the item described at checkout; there are no subscriptions or automatic renewals. If something goes wrong with your purchase, contact us and we will make it right.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, to impersonate others, to create misleading documents, or to interfere with the site’s operation.
6. No guarantee of results
We work hard to provide helpful tools and guidance, but we cannot guarantee that using the Service will result in interviews or employment.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
